Are you offering Customized Social Group Health insurance plan in association with any other Pvt Ltd company or trust?
It’s brrn 9 months that my brand new Iphone7 has been picked up by your insurance company and I was supposed to receive it in February 2017. In July I Was told that the phone is a total loss and I will get a cheque but I have been just waiting but there is no response from your side. The customer care is useless. Don’t make it a phone stealing company kindly revert , otherwise I have no other option than going to consumer court against your insurance company not only for the theft but also the harassment we have faced for these 9 months contacting you people.
